We charge for service calls because we're not sending a salesman who pokes around for 5 minutes. We send a trained technician who performs a full system analysis, inspects everything, and walks you through what's actually going on. You leave the visit understanding your system. Estimates on replacement systems are always free. We do charge more for nights, weekends, and holidays, but that's because we actually show up when you need us.
Usually, yes. We offer same-day service and true 24/7 emergency response. Typical emergency response time is 2 to 4 hours. Our reviews are full of midnight and weekend calls where we showed up and got things running.
We'll give you an honest assessment. We can fix anything, given enough time and resources. General rule: if your system is over 10 to 12 years old and the repair costs are stacking up, replacement starts to make more financial sense. But we'll never push you into a new system.
It happens sometimes. If we need to order a part, we'll expedite things as quickly as possible and do our best not to leave you without comfort. When the part comes in, we come back and finish at no extra trip charge.
